My experience with Hench's Sherman has really been refreshing, and has restored my faith in great Customer Service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When I found them I was already jaded by another manufactured home dealer, so I came in skeptical. But my sales person Christopher Neely put me at ease and let me know they would be there for me throughout the entire process. And He kept that promise! He continued to check on me from beginning to end. I was very nervous about being sold and left to figure everything out after the deal was done. Chris Neely did not leave me out to dry, he would answer all of my calls, and text messages, and returned ALL of my phone vm messages. You just don't get that anymore! Buying a home is not without its stressors, but when you deal with someone who truly cares about their customers it makes the small hiccups so much easier to deal with. I will always recommend Chris at Hench's for anyone who is interested in a Manufacture home he is friendly, thorough, and keeps his promises.

This is my third home purchase of this type. It has been the most positive and easy experience I’ve had. Chris Neely was our salesman and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
